59 on St James is our luxury corporate retreat with accommodation options for 2-6 people, perfect for small meetings and incentive travel.

This room type is offered as either 2 separate units (59a and 59b) or one combined unit sleeping 6 (59). The room type is not suitable for children.

59A – upstairs apartment
59A is a generously sized two bedroom apartment with a wonderful alpine vista, quality furnishings and contemporary art.

The property sleeps four and features a number of skylights, double-glazed windows and under-tile heating, heat pumps and a gas fire with a split stone feature chimney’ to keep you toasty during the winter months.

The lounge of this luxury Hanmer Springs accommodation features two leather couches, armchairs, coffee tables and a window seat beneath a picture window. Guests will also enjoy SKY TV, a stereo, CD player and DVD player. On a warm morning open the double doors from the lounge on to the front balcony, which looks towards the village and enjoy a magical breakfast in the sun.

The fully-equipped kitchen, includes a walk in pantry, electric oven, gas cook top, range hood, dishwasher, a refrigerator with an icemaker and two waste disposal units.

Enjoy your delectable meal in the dining area with large dining table or create indoor-outdoor flow with two sets of large bi-folding doors which open on to a patio and a loggia. The loggia has a large outdoor table with comfortable seating, a gas heater and a BBQ.

Master Bedroom
With a full-size walk-in wardrobe, plenty of drawer space and a king size bed with quality bedding, feather blankets and a dual electric blanket – you’ll find you may not want to leave! The huge master bedroom features a heat pump outlet, TV, bedside cabinets, a small table with two chairs plus an ottoman sitting invitingly in the bay window. Large double doors open out to the front balcony.

The large ensuite to the master bedroom is sumptuous and features travertine tiles, artwork and a full-size double spa bath. Lie back and view the night sky through the open double bi-fold windows! The ensuite bathroom also includes a toilet, a large double shower with two shower roses (standard & a rain shower rose), a double basin vanity unit with a huge heated mirror, under-tile heating, two heated towel rails and a hair dryer.

Second Bedroom
The spacious second bedroom has a super king bed, which can be also be configured as twin beds. Similar to the master bedroom, the second bedroom also offers quality bedding and feather blankets, electric blankets, a large double wardrobe, a heat pump outlet, TV, bedside cabinets, elegant bedside lamps and an easy chair. The picture window above the bed reveals a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain range.
The ensuite to the second bedroom offers a toilet, shower, vanity unit with a large heated mirror, under tile heating, large heated towel rail and a hair dryer.

59B downstairs apartment
A  generously sized one bedroom apartment which sleeps two. It is elegantly furnished with quality fixtures and art. The apartment has wonderful alpine vistas and is suitable for use as a breakout area.

Enjoy double-glazed windows and a heat pump to keep you snug; relax on the leather couch or easy chairs and take pleasure in SKY TV, the stereo, CD player or DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, cook top, range hood, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Large double doors and windows take in the alpine vista and look out towards Chisholm Reserve and the village centre and your own, private courtyard patio with outdoor furniture.

The very spacious bedroom has a large wardrobe, plus a built-in storage unit and bedside cabinets. The king size bed features quality bedding with a dual electric blanket and guests can watch TV from bed or from the comfort of a leather easy chair. Large double doors leading out to the patio are perfect for enjoying the stunning views.

The luxurious ensuite with shutters opening in to the bedroom, has a vanity unit with a large heated mirror, under tile heating, heated towel rail and a hair dryer. There is a large double shower with two shower roses (standard & a rain shower rose) plus a corner Spa bath to relax in. You will also find the washing machine and dryer in here, discreetly tucked away in a large cupboard.

There is a private courtyard patio with outdoor furniture.

It is an easy stroll to the Hanmer Springs Hot Pools, Cafes, Restaurants and many tourist attractions.
