The Richmond Aquatic Centre is a 2 minute drive away as is the Richmond Mall.

All studio’s and units are spacious and have SKY Select 50+ TV, UFB Internet and Wifi, individual air-conditioning, blackout curtains, double glazed windows and soundproofed rooms, tea/coffee making facilities, and a mini fridge and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Some rooms have wet-floor showers to accommodate guests with limited mobility and all downstairs units have sliding doors opening out to patios. A number of upstairs units have balconies.
The Café is open for breakfast, morning tea and dinner by arrangement for in-house guests.
