REPORTING

Comprehensive and transparent reporting to owners and stakeholders on a monthly and yearly basis ensure a pro-active approach to growth. Managing Director, Clare Davies, works personally with you, the hotel owner, on driving the direction and performance of your asset.

 

MARKETING SOLUTIONS

Our structured marketing solutions ensure that wherever possible we grow that commission-free channel to improve yield. If that means we need to assist with a re-brand, the development of a new website, provide support with digital marketing, grow your social media presence – we can help. Guest retention and direct marketing via EDMs and social engagement are more important than ever and converting a guest from an OTA booker to a direct booker is a challenge we relish.

An annual marketing budget and planner is developed in conjunction with the GM and implemented to a high standard. Assessing ad hoc opportunities extraneous to the budget and a swift reaction to market challenges are all part of the marketing solutions that we offer.

 

Health & Safety

Extensive Health & Safety management and monitoring, ensuring legal compliance using our personalised hotel-specific software programme which is adjusted to individual hotels needs and requirements. This bespoke system allows alert systems at a property level along with producing accurate and timely reporting. Workplace wellbeing is included in this area and ensuring the physical and mental health of our teams is vital.

 

Sales & distribution

Our well-established programme of sales and distribution activity includes regular interaction with our OTA account managers, corporate travel agents and domestic travel partners. We have preferred supplier agreements and long-standing relationships with the inbound and global wholesale travel trade. Along with full Revenue Management support we ensure you are capturing the best price for each market. We will support the Hotel with Sales support on an as needed basis and provide them with the tools to take every opportunity we present them with and run with it. Staff training and sales tools are all part of this approach.

 

COST CONTROL

Our ability to monitor expenditure and cashflow including wage costs on regular basis, ensures that budget expectations are met. Sourcing product and supplies at the best possible price and ensuring that there are no surprises along the way are key.
