Clare is the Founder and Managing Director of Capstone Hotel Management; a 100% New Zealand owned Hotel Management company, overseeing accommodation businesses in some of the most beautiful locations throughout New Zealand.
With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, Clare has worked in a diverse array of locations both in New Zealand and overseas. Clare’s expertise extends from running successful food & beverage operations, to hotel ownership, and hands-on management.
Extremely passionate about the tourism sector, Clare is dedicated to the industry’s development, and the promotion of regional New Zealand. Clare has made significant contributions to local and regional tourism throughout her career and served as the National President of Hospitality NZ after six years on the National Board.
