WQ Hotel - Wellington
Atura Wellington will transition to Capstone Hotel Management on 17th October 2025, and be rebranded as WQ Hotel (Wellington Quarter Hotel) — an urban retreat in the heart of New Zealand’s capital.
Strategically located in Wellington’s central business district, WQ Hotel offers contemporary 3.5-star accommodation within walking distance of Lambton Quay’s shopping district, the vibrant waterfront dining precinct, and Sky Stadium. The Alfred Hotel - Blenheim
The Alfred Hotel, a new 123-room riverside property set to elevate Blenheim’s hospitality scene. Located adjacent to the former Clubs of Marlborough building, The Alfred Hotel will span six floors and offer modern, stylish accommodation in the heart of the city. The hotel will open in conjunction with the Marlborough Wine and Food Experience—launching in September—followed by the debut of the on-site restaurant, Oak and Ivy.
This exciting development will transform the banks of the Taylor River into a vibrant hospitality and entertainment precinct. Positioned alongside the Marlborough Wine and Food Experience, ASB Theatre, and the Marlborough Events Centre, The Alfred Hotel is set to become a cornerstone of Blenheim’s premier tourism destination.
